Exal Corporation was founded in Youngstown, Ohio, in 1993 with the goal of bringing state-of-the-art impact extruded aluminum container manufacturing to the United States. We have grown from a small start-up to an industry leader with a global presence.

Exal's innovations have literally shaped the aluminum container market. We have pioneered both the aluminum bottle and Coil-to-Can (C2C) technology, and continue to develop ways to improve aluminum packaging. In addition, we are recognized for our graphics, inks and finishes, and we are in the top quartile of the Net Promoter Score.

A GLOBAL PRESENCE

In 1997, we built a high-tech extrusion aluminum container manufacturing plant in Pilar, Argentina. Over the years, we have expanded our original facilities and added operations in Garín, São Paulo and Puerto Madryn. Today, we are proud to be a market leader with state-of-the-art facilities and excellent relationships with the most important clients in the market.

Additionally, Exal has a presence in India. Through a joint venture, we have India's only state-of-the-art impact extrusion plant with fully automated high-speed lines, making us India's leader in aluminum aerosol cans for quality, speed and capabilities.
